- Dalrymple
Vineyards: Vines at Dalrymple are planted on sloping
hills that overlook Bass Strait, the sea that separates
Tasmania from mainland Australia. Facing northeast for maximum
sunlight hours, vines thrive in ideal conditions, yielding
grapes of exceptional quality. On the western border of
the property, an extinct volcanic crater created the rich
basaltic topsoil found throughout the vineyard. Chardonnay,
Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc wines from Dalrymple Vineyards
utilise only estate-grown grapes, and the wines are made
in our newly built winery. Unwooded Chardonnay and Sauvignon
Blanc are intended for earlier consumption, whilst the Wooded
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties will benefit from medium
to long-term cellaring.

- Domaine
A Stoney Vineyard: Our wines are made only from grapes
cultivated in our vineyard. The principal varieties grown
include the red grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc,
Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Pinot Noir, and the white grape
Sauvignon Blanc. All crop yields are carefully controlled.
Excellent wines for current consumption, or mid-term cellaring,
are marketed under the Stoney Vineyard label.

- Hartzview
Vineyard: Pinot Noir is the predominant variety grown
at Hartzview. This is because Tasmania's cooler climate
means that we have a long growing season. Picking is not
until May, ensuring the slow, full development of fruit
flavours and intense aromas that characterise high quality
wines. All the grapes are carefully hand-picked, pruned
and trained, enabling the production of the finest quality
fruit to be produced for the Hartzview range.

- Moorilla
Estate Winery and Reception Centre: Located only 15
minutes from Hobart, the Moorilla Estate Vineyard has flourished
since 1958. Set on the picturesque banks of the Derwent
River it can be accessed by air, water or land. Tasmania's
leading boutique winery boasts a collection of award winning
wines you don't want to miss.

- Pipers
Brook Vineyard: Pipers Brook Vineyard is one of Australia’s
leading producers of cool-climate wine. It specialises in
fine Chardonnay, delicate Riesling and premium Pinot Noir
under the Pipers Brook Vineyard label, and markets a similar
range of early drinking wines under the Ninth Island label.

- Stefano
Lubiana Wines: Formed in 1990, Stefano Lubiana Wines
is a Tasmanian family company, wholly owned and operated
by husband-and-wife team, Steve and Monique Lubiana. Located
in an urban fringe area some 20km north of the city of Hobart,
their 170 hectare Granton property is home to both a thriving
young family, and to a healthy young commercial enterprise,
focusing on the production of hand-crafted, cool-climate,
still and sparkling table wines. Overlooking the spectacular
tidal estuary of the River Derwent, Steve and Monique have
established a vineyard that is small in size, but great
in significance. Planted on land acquired at the end of
the 1980s, it marks the culmination of an extensive, nationwide
search for a site ideally suited to the classic grape varieties
of northern Europe.
