• Belltrees Cottage: “Belltrees” was constructed in the early 1890’s and has been lovingly restored to provide all of the comforts you have come to expect, while retaining its original, charming character. Situated in a quiet location, the cottage is six blocks west of the Post Office, and half a block from Armidale’s Public and Private Hospitals. It is centrally located to Armidale’s private schools, and close to shops, restaurants & cafes. “Belltrees” is fully self-contained and private with under cover, off-street parking

• Camellia Court: "Camellia Court" is a fully self-contained villa, freshly renovated and with all the comforts of home, with wheelchair access. It is set in a quite location close to the New England Regional Art Museum and the Armidale Conservatorium of Music.
